“Blake and I created our 100% plant-based product out of a desire to find a pork alternative that was so delicious we didn’t even miss the meat and left us feeling good about every bite at the same time.

That’s when we discovered King Oyster mushrooms as a tasty, clean, and environmentally-conscious alternative to all things pulled pork that we couldn’t get enough of, and since then we haven’t looked back!
